Single Panel Cartoons

A large part of the history of erotic comics are the single panel cartoons found in just about every issue of Playboy, Penthouse, Hustler, and dozens of other magazines not nearly as well-known.  Artists like Bill Ward, Jack Cole, Doug Sneyd and many more comics and pin-up artists provided many laughs along with images of exceptionally beautiful, extraordinarily busty women dazzling and playing havoc with the men around them.  I thought it would be really great if MCC could have some single panel cartoons of its own--with a Hypnosis/Mind Control theme, of course.

There used to be a good number of such cartoons over at the Hypnosis In Media site before it got redesigned--I remember one cartoon where a sleepwalking woman comes into a room with a smile on her face and not a stitch of clothing; her housemate greets her with the line, "You've been dating that Hypnotist again, haven't you?"  That's as best as I can remember it--I haven't seen the cartoon in a while, and I haven't been able to find it by searching.  But there were a number of cartoons just like it on the site.

Here's a few ideas I had--

*A woman stands nude, staring blankly at a pendulum held by a man standing next to her.  He holds a book titled Twenty Lessons In Hypnotism.  He says, "Twenty lessons?  I only needed twelve!"

*A woman has taken off all her clothes, dropping them in a pile by her side, while she fixates on a swinging watch held by a man next to her.  She says, "I keep telling you, I can't be hypnotized.  .  ."

*A nude woman kneels on the floor, staring intently at the stiff cock of the man standing before her.  She says, "You know, if you had swung this in my face instead of that stupid watch, I'd have been hypnotized a lot sooner."

*A woman dressed as a topless harem girl dances with her eyes closed before a smiling man sitting on a couch. Beside the man is a book--Discovering Your Past Lives Through Hypnosis.  The woman says, "Oh my--I was the Sultan's favorite in my previous life.  .  .and you were the Sultan.  .  ."

*Same as above, but the woman is dressed as Marilyn Monroe.  She says, "Oh my--I was Marilyn Monroe in my previous life.  .  .and you were JFK.  .  ."

That's what I've got for now--perhaps you or someone else can come up with something better.  Anyway, hope that helps.

Well, whichever of Una Mujer Studios' artists did Startup could do the job, as could Octavia Moon or SAM or HMB--of course, they'd have to find the time between doing all the other projects on which you've got them working.

It would be nifty if you could get Larry Welz or Reed Waller, but they may be out of your price range.  Same for Doug Sneyd.

While I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for, I do hope you find the right artist.  This stuff would be rather nifty to see.

And Thank You for expressing an interest.  I just went and looked up Dean Yeagle--really great stuff.  He'd be perfect for some Hypno-themed pin-ups--if only Daphne could afford him.  (It doesn't look like he does anything explicit, either, so my #3 suggestion would likely be out for him.)

It occurred to me that Plutonian Knight would be good for single panel work, too--if he ever breaks the brainwashing that keeps him hard at work on Saint James Infirmary.
