Wait, what's with the tagline?  I thought a "starter home" was a house, a typical first house for a young or first-time owner that could either be expanded as a family grew or sold for capital to buy a more posh residence (of course that concept pretty much hit obsolescence in 2007-8).  A rented apartment isn't that sort of asset.  Is he expanding to duplexes or neighborhoods now, and not just an apartment building here or there?

The image above has for some reason been replaced with the cover of episode six. Weighing everything up, I don't think we should take this to mean that they're going to publish episode six again instead of seven.

I dunno, that was a pretty good episode.

Aye, but I'm looking forward to seeing this young lassie again after a few days in the building. It'll be a growth experience, I'm betting.

There is (I believe) a word missing in panel 3, which completely changes the sense of what she is saying. "I've been a "Hey let's do it in the road" kind of girl". Is the word "never" missing in there? Would make sense in context with the next line

Interesting new twist on the concept.  You'd almost think that this guy Hal is the new manager or something.

It also should be "I had been laid off" on the first page.  However, that doesn't really change the tone or meaning of any of the passages.

He might be the new manager, or he might know the manager and is subbing for him as that guy expands his influence.

This was great.  Good story, wonderful, sexy art.  Best of all, the narrator remained coherent throughout, even as she underwent changes.  Spectacular! Grin Grin Grin
