pretty sure it is the image before entering. You can still get said old image if you make loreli go to the party. But its no longer part of the bimboloreli. I will say though having a different image depending on actions for the bimboloreli outcome would be intresting but at the same time unneeded.

Ah, right. I used that as a temporary image before the BE one was available. (The BE one is of a different woman that Lorelei is using as an example, but she does look a lot like Lorelei.)

it took me a while to realize (or accept lol) that the bimborelai BE photo was just an art update, and not a second, more extreme result added in the new version. it would be fun to keep both sizes depending on the actions you take during the brainwashing lorelai route, whether you are letting d&r just ruin her, or completely destroy her (maybe that's grim but it's hot idc)
