I only seem to get it on the collar path. But you have to show intrest in paula while being what i like to call a "control freak" so you just gotta go crazy with the MC. Though I will say I havent found much difference in her responses I have maybe found 2 different ones. Its always about how big her tits are, then the first one had her saying she was a "sex-thrall" while the second one says the is an "obedient hole."

How do you actually get a response from Paula?  I’ve never gotten that.

That I've found, the new stuff has to do with Renee's trance-triggers and Lorelei's honorific for you in her final text to you.

• At the cafe, if you're hypnotizing Renee (implanting a trance-trigger), there are some new options. Basically, the adjective "big-boobed" gets added to a bunch of the pre-existing options.
• If you enslave Lorelei (successfully, not "believe" you did), there are now several options for her honorific for you: Sir, My Lord, Master, or My Lord and Master
• If you make Lorelei fall in love with you (successfully, not "believe" you did), there are now several options for her sweetname for you: love, dear, darling, or my heart
• There's a bunch of new stuff when you text Annie at the start of Ch. 5 as well. A lot of inner monologue commentary.

After a quick smash through this, I've found a few things...

Given how many permutations and variations this game has, and since I’ve replayed it so many times, I’d love for people to share new discoveries the moment they're found.
