Gorgeous art as usual. I would say I like this delivery style as well. For SJI, I tend to not follow the story too well at certain points (like the current arc) if I check every new panel, so I read chunks about once a month. With Penelope, it is always delivered this way :) As grimtidings mentioned, no overt mind control but with human-like AIs, where you have characters who can have their minds reprogrammed by design, I think it certainly falls under the themes of the site.
