The ring has a history, as well as a past…

So we're getting an origin story for the Ring.  Cool.

Great cover, except for the clenched fist in the foreground--looks like he's getting to punch one of them.  I hope that doesn't happen.

I really like the artist for this story, who does a really great job depicting beautiful women.  Perhaps we could get a pin-up gallery for this title somewhere down the line, and some work on other titles from Montes as well.

Looking forward to this issue.

The hand was the previous owner of the ring.
He train them to do the olds occupation.

Loved this one. There's a plot emerging, which is nice. But I really liked the idea of all these women opposing or trying to do something about this older man, and then...

Ah, and now I'm wondering if the pregnancy poll isn't related to this. The guy just disappeared when she got pregnant...

I can't quite put my (ring) finger on why I like this art so much, but I do. I do indeed.

I presume the girls on the sides of this cover are 'Mom' and Willow from the flashbacks...

Who is the girl in the center? If it is Jeremy and Wendy's Grandmother the hair is a different color.

(am I going to feel dumb?)

Pretty sure that's the grandmother.

Okay, as expected, I feel dumb.

But her hair is very different than it is inside the comic...

... I like this art so much...

Me too!
