I thought this was a fantastic return to form after Daffyd veered into "too nice" territory for a while. Loved it.

I like the idea of 'marking' the girls, I especially like that it was Keyleigh's idea. (and she wanted it to hurt!)

I'm also pleased to see that Tari and Teresa are remaining active and vigilant while Daffyd is having fun. I really want to see Teresa and Daffyd together more.

The part of the conversation where Tari offers a discount for Janice's husband was too hot.

I'm still the lone voice in the wilderness opposed to the extreme breast enlargement, but as long as it's not permanent I can handle it.

(I also can't read the 'magic words' anymore, what's up with that?)

Love it, including the extreme breast enlargement... obviously there's the storyline involving the criminal underworld stuff that Daffyd's gotten himself into, but I'm more interested in where Nicolette's plotline goes...

Only downside of this book is that it comes out so infrequently. I wish it was in an every-other-month or so schedule.

Seeing as her husband is a potentially corrupt judge, I presume these plots dovetail into each other. :)

I was fine with it just being a transliteration font. The substitution code is already more than I wanted. If that hadn't been handed to us I would have never gotten there on my own. ???

I give no guarantees. I'm just operating on the assumption that while Daphne wants it to be a puzzle, she's probably too busy to design her own cryptosystem.

But then again, I've never seen Daphne and Bruce Schneier together.
