Post by: jmundt29 on April 01, 2014, 09:34:50 am Just purchased. Another excellent vid. I'd have to rewatch to get the complete dynamic, but this is an interesting spin. Still hoping for a Housewarming sequel and another full-fledged C-Ducer installment, but this was a very pleasant surprise.

Title: Re: DF/MCT Presents: "Community Property"! Post by: jmundt29 on April 05, 2014, 11:21:02 am It is an interesting concept. However, at certain points through the first half of the vid it's tough to tell whether the wife is a partner, a driving force who is encouraging/leading this guy to act out his fantasies, or if she was a first experiment that he liked so much that he rewrote her with a full and aggressive personality as a partner. Any of these interpretations are possible.
Also, the mechanics of the actual programming are tough to pin down. It looks like part of it is pharmaceutical stimulus, but part of it is tied to computer programming. As if someone combined Disc-connect and Cafe Society. Is this another "magic of filmmaking" serendipitous coincidences (like the ones that shaped Housewarming), or something else? Post by: jlpicrdh on November 29, 2014, 12:09:47 am I'm not usually one for posting this kind of feedback, but this one took me by surprise. I bought it mostly because I was curious. I just couldn't make the pieces of the preview fit together in any way that made sense. The best I could do was typical enslaved wife helps controlling husband build his harem. I was pleasently surprised when that wasn't the case at all. I did not see that coming, and it was really fun to enjoy the ride.
I also wasn't sure I would like Dane Cross. He came across in the preview as a bit too weaselly stereotypical nerd for my taste, but I actually liked his character, something that is pretty rare for me for the male characters in porn. Usually I don't really care about them, but this guy came across as someone I could hang out with. I really like Alex Chance, she's becoming my favorite actress. And I especially like her here in the controlling role. She does over the top bubbly well, like in Repossession or Bottled, but I prefer this more understated performance. I think that was the key to why I liked this so much - "understated". There wasn't a lot of the intense hypnosis/brainwashing/mind control, or the epic struggles to resist. It was more seductive, more insidious. It reminds me of my favorite nostalgic MC scene, from Legend where Lily dances with the dress. And that was especially shown in Siri's performance. The moments where she slips deeper and the moments where she struggles to resist are all done calmly, like I would imagine someone in a trance would react. But that's not to say that it was without heat. More like a long simmer though rather than an explosion. I prefer corruption to mindlessness - seeing someone's personality being rewritten rather than erased, and that was done perfectly here. All in all, I think this is my favorite one so far. |
