This time he seems to actually have a rudimentary plan based on his past experience with thralls and Dani's past experience with Pink Clouds.
However, there's one item in the last panel that I totally missed and could prove crucial. The engagement ring on Amy's finger is glowing red. Is it a mesmeric object...a ruby? Or, did Blue Gloves (who I guess we're presuming is Vik) get a Wilmot shell and mold it into the engagement ring? How did the Kuplers and/or blue gloves ever get raw Wilmot power shells anyway?
