I think it depends on how much control you have over the subject when you spray them. We haven't quite gotten a clear idea, but at the very least, taking them out of the fight would be useful by itself.

Good job, Caitlyn. 2) Next issue guess: the vial of pink clouds shatters, affecting everyone nearby, who then rush to control each other in the ensuing chaos. Could be hilarious. But probably not.
