Will the pregnancy only be there when she is in here transformed state? Will she still be pregnant when in her normal state? It seemed from the end of chapter 4, that the normal-form Sarah had left-over compulsions/programming... would the Chrysalis ensure that the impregnated woman in her normal form was not concerned about knocked up, or would the woman be totally shocked and frightened by it? Or perhaps is the Chrysalis rendering the girls infertile since a pregnancy would interfere with their availability to serve Kent's pleasure?
