sex side off road? Title: Re: Saint James Infirmary 206: Roadside Attractions Post by: mns_95125 on July 22, 2013, 12:41:16 pm Have we actually seen the Watch since the accident? Perhaps Danielle dropped it when she got hit and nobody has followed up since they had other things on their minds? That would be one hell of a roadside attraction...

Title: Re: Saint James Infirmary 206: Roadside Attractions Post by: jmundt29 on July 22, 2013, 06:33:13 pm I think...well, I hope it's a continuation of the Adrian/Jacqui info-gathering trip to Sawyer's.

Title: Re: Saint James Infirmary 206: Roadside Attractions Post by: jmundt29 on July 23, 2013, 05:32:46 am Yes, horrific news. Particularly since it appears that it's either Q or mystery person who ran them off the road who retrieved it. I suppose I could hop that that's Sawyer and Jacqui could just get the thing from him. However, with the watch damaged, it appears that it might fall into Kupler hands again--which is really UNIMAGINABLY bad. Of course, we might have just seen Zenon's foot for the very first time (not that that's much better).
Title: Re: Saint James Infirmary 206: Roadside Attractions Post by: Werdna on July 23, 2013, 08:19:12 am My totally uninformed theory is that the mystery person in the car is Derek. Angry at being embarrassed by Dani and Adrian, upset with the berating he got from Claudia, and driven slightly insane from having had but lost a relationship with the wonderful Dani, he has decided to take matters into his own hands.
Totally uninformed, mind you. It will be interesting to see whether the fact that the watch is damaged/broken will play into the story at all. In the mean time, this has got to count as a major loss to team Adrian, and will certainly put them on the defensive. Title: Re: Saint James Infirmary 206: Roadside Attractions Post by: Werdna on July 23, 2013, 11:54:04 am Quote Well, this person appears to speak in a foreign language. And it doesn't appear to be for anyone else's benefit. Dammit! Shows you what happens when you read it only on a small mobile device. I missed the < > around the final text. Title: Re: Saint James Infirmary 206: Roadside Attractions Post by: Haight on July 23, 2013, 12:42:20 pm Well, this person appears to speak in a foreign language. And it doesn't appear to be for anyone else's benefit. Hey, I talk to myself, but only when no one else is around. Just like this guy. Title: Re: Saint James Infirmary 206: Roadside Attractions Post by: mns_95125 on July 23, 2013, 12:55:46 pm Wild hypothesis: Vik is the driver. He lost it after Adrian stole his girlfriend and tried for revenge. Now he haz Watch.
Title: Re: Saint James Infirmary 206: Roadside Attractions Post by: jmundt29 on July 23, 2013, 02:03:49 pm Is that what those hashtags meant? I thought it was just supposed to be the tone of voice talking to himself. If it is someone not speaking English--it could be Vik, but I doubt it. I'd say either Zenon muttering to himself in his native tongue, on the the Kuplers who just dropped out of the sky, or a new player.
Title: Re: Saint James Infirmary 206: Roadside Attractions Post by: Daphne on July 23, 2013, 02:07:14 pm Is that what those hashtags meant? Angle brackets, like this < ... >, are a comics convention which means, "The speaker is talking in a foreign language, and this is the English translation." Title: Re: Saint James Infirmary 206: Roadside Attractions Post by: laguna85 on July 23, 2013, 02:53:53 pm My guest is Kupplers or Zenon
I think that Derek or Vik can owe that type of car This person may also break -into the lab Title: Re: Saint James Infirmary 206: Roadside Attractions Post by: Chettbaker on July 23, 2013, 05:27:39 pm I kind of wish you had used the original language and it read "Shmerpti berpti Berp Bork bork bork bork" which would lead us to conclude, the culprit was raised by Swedish Chefs or spent time in a Swedish kitchen. A distraction, or red herring but a damn good one!
Title: Re: Saint James Infirmary 206: Roadside Attractions Post by: jmundt29 on July 23, 2013, 06:51:48 pm Then, we'd be asking for the translation--but an indication of what language is being used might help ground us with our driver's origin (and possibly his agenda). What is Zenon's ancestry, by the way?
