If we have seen her before, I would guess that it might be one of the pink ladies in the background of issue 81, but that seems unlikely to me, since it looked as those two actually worked for Pink Princess rather than obtaining their products.
I think this is just the aftermath of the Erin/Dani incident, when Caitlyn and Raven meet in a grocery store to compare notes, just as a (very suspicious) delivery from Pink Princess arrives for Alex. Plus, I thought beauty products are makeup, skin cream, blush, lipstick, eye shadow, etc., not typically available at small-town grocery store.
