This comic is very similar to a story by Ice Bear called "The Tenant". In that story the MC'ing of the daughter takes place in multiple stages. This comic could have had steps where she suddenly has an urge to wear slutty clothing around the tenant, has an urge to start serving the tenant, etc.
Also, there's no nudity in this comic. Which is fine! But I think it's a first.
