Title: Laura isn't out of beta yet Post by: Daphne on January 19, 2026, 07:40:40 am Laura isn't out of beta yet
She picked up er glasses, examined them. Maybe I could get non-corrective lenses? Julian said that she looked cute in them (she often wore them to bed for the sex portion of the evening), and she'd hate to have to give up the slutty librarian look that he (and she) liked. by Daphne (https://media.daphnesfantasies.com/media/artifacts/images/laura-isnt-out-of-beta-yet.png) (https://mindcontrolcomics.com/story/laura-isnt-out-of-beta-yet) Title: Re: Laura isn't out of beta yet Post by: sleepless on January 19, 2026, 06:47:16 pm I have to ask if we're looking at AI art for the story art here? It's... very much counter to my taste either way.

We have in the past, and will in the future, use AI-generated spot illustrations for stories if we weren't able to get art produced a more traditional way in time for publication. I'd rather not assume that something I'm seeing is AI simply because I don't like the way it looks. I try to avoid having anything to do with GenAI whenever possible. Title: Re: Laura isn't out of beta yet Post by: ktc1221 on January 20, 2026, 05:16:02 am I of course would prefer art by commissioned artists but I also understand why AI images especially have swept the porn/erotic space so convincingly. Pandoras box has been opened already, and grand standing why they are unethical is a moot effort. As long as the images used to train this specific model were consensual everything is fine with me. Which I am of the understanding that is exactly how Daphne intends to utilize AI. It funnily enough works particularly well for this narrative as perfectly symmetrical big boobs are sometimes a bit uncanny as the AI images kind of are still for me. No matter how many get generated they all seem to be "too good" and have the same face and perfect structure and it just really sends danger signals to my brain, after the horny anyway.

Title: Re: Laura isn't out of beta yet Post by: ktc1221 on January 23, 2026, 07:23:06 am Ginormous, unrealistic boob sizes always welcome. Personally do love this art too, there is something about a more cartoonish portrayal that helps sell how ridiculous a world with the stories premise really is. Of course I do love portal comic, HMB, and many of the other artists that do try to portray more realistic interpretations of humans but they are all ultimately drawings where real world physics and biology need not apply. I just think that by removing the "real" element it allows a disconnect mentally.
