Title: Saint James Infirmary #1485: “Rabbit, Rabbit” Post by: Daphne on May 08, 2025, 09:12:37 am Extremely sorry for the late post. There was an unexpected breakdown over here at MCC Central. (Translation: I forgot.)

And Erin is attired in much the same way that Miriam was when she entered that dream in 1386 (and Erin took her leave), with Cherry being in equivalent garb.
I like to think Erin can pull a string to make her ears go floppy like that, but perhaps in this dream her brain has control of them. Anyway, being something of a leg man, I liked this page. And I like the way the dreams seem to be getting mixed up here. Title: Re: Saint James Infirmary #1485: “Rabbit, Rabbit” Post by: Sharque on May 09, 2025, 07:30:36 pm I'm curious if the more the characters interact with the dreamscape, the more these dreams begin to overflow their boundaries. Is Adrian going to begin appearing as other "controllers" in other dream's such as Reka's?
Title: Re: Saint James Infirmary #1485: “Rabbit, Rabbit” Post by: GodWilling on May 11, 2025, 11:37:21 am My take is that Adrian's stock has just fallen dramatically, and Erin's stock has fallen too, so Miriam is kind of up by default. As I see it, Erin was responsible for Miriam being introduced into her dream dressed this way. And the bunny ears were perhaps a further symbol of Miriam's subjugation. So I'm seeing this maybe as Miriam taking revenge while Erin is down.
I feel as though all the people who are actually present here have volition, if that's the word I'm searching for, and they can bring it to bear within these various scenarios if they have the mental strength, and perhaps also upon all of the scenarios even if they're not in them. But being brought low in any one scenario affects their strength across the board. But maybe I'm wrong. Erin walked out of one dream, into another, and then into another. I wonder if she could find her way into this one, and what would happen if she did. |
