Any chance that it would be possible to get the story to generate state information?

Provide an option on the save point path to display the test for each of the choices that you've made to date.
(This would make life a whole lot easier when tracking / comparing different runs)

This, or perhaps some writer commentary about some of the older chapters (like chapters 1 + 2) about what the choices mean in more detail.

The algorithms are always going to remain a mystery (they're nearly a mystery to me at this point).

Just to be a bit more clear, what I'd like to see would be be the ability to generate a print out like

Now is not the time.
It's just too good tonight; come inside her.
"Nothing important. Now, we both have big days tomorrow."
...

A commentary then, for the first couple chapters - they've been out long enough that I think it'd be fun to get a peek at what those choices are actually doing, and help people find some of those harder-to-find scenes.
