More specifically, I think we see her in the first two panels of #724, although her hairstyle is shorter. Anya and Rachel are roommates, and we see the girl from #724 together with Rachel in #851, clearly experiencing similar post-programming hot flashes. Further confirmation with explicit names can be seen in #864-865. It looks like Amy and Hayley took advantage of Anya's programming in #988. We see Rachel and Anya 'bonding' over Adrian in #994.
