I wondered if it was actually a vision of Judith, who may have some significance to Miriam. She insinuated her way into the enemy's camp and then beheaded their leader. But then I also wondered if her earrings are supposed to look like the Watch, and her eyes look a bit like double images, so, I dunno... She doesn't really look like Dinah though.
