In issue 17 the aliens discovered that one of the Honeys had already been through their processing - and fake Honey surely hasn't, unless "body sculpting" also replicates the aliens' various implants. The whole thing of her rescuing past Honey and the Princess from the Priestess by using the Cuckoo's Nest in the time she's currently in wouldn't make a lot of sense either. And how would she know that Honey could be rescued from there?
Either way, fake Honey is taking a lot of the headbands with her (and they're mostly red), which is hopefully going to provide some fun for an issue or two. Future Honey said she'd spent a lot of time as a wife unit, which had messed with her memories, meaning she didn't remember much of what was going to happen to past Honey. Of course, fake Honey could have said that as a covering lie. But past Honey is currently a wife unit... And she has been through the aliens' processing. And she does know about the Princess and the Priestess. And it probably goes without saying that she is currently in the time that she's currently in. Honey is transitioning into the events before she meets her past self (and thus is becoming Future Honey).
This does bring up the question of what happens to Fake Honey. Will Future Future Honey team up with Fake Honey now that Past Honey is Future Honey? |
