Title: Accidental one month account Post by: thepledge on May 20, 2020, 05:55:10 am Hey all, I just signed up and am looking forward to enjoying these comics. Unfortunately, I didn't read too carefully and signed up for a one month account rather than three month, so I can't download issues. I really like having my comics organized in comicrack, so I'm hoping to append a 3 moth subscription onto my existing subscription. If I cancel my account, then sign up for 3 months, will that do the trick?

We don't have a way of converting one time period into another directly right now, but the system will just tack your 3 month subscription onto the end of the one month subscription, and further renewals will be for the three month subscription. |
