Thought these two were just manifestations of the cloud, but maybe they are real people? If so, not sure who then. Also, the coloring doesn’t seem entirely consistent. In i803 (https://mindcontrolcomics.com/comics/sji/i803/) it looks like there are 3 distinct skin tones. Here though in the first panel they are practically the same, but then the lighting shifts and by the 4th is that showing one breast from each woman, or is it one woman undergoing a transformation, or is it just the lighting? If Snidely is going to invoke some terse, cryptic hoodoo like, “Change,” I’d prefer to be on firmer ground for what is then being depicted.

If I were there, I'd whoop Vic's ass for ruining two delicious brown girls. There are plenty of other things he's done to deserve an ass whooping, but that's what I'd get him for first.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that these two are the women from the hospital who got taken by the red creature.  Compare the hairstyles of the transformed women in#825 with #710.

Yeah there’s also front desk lady (https://mindcontrolcomics.com/comics/sji/i775/) and whatever was going on in i704 (https://mindcontrolcomics.com/comics/sji/i704/). I wasn’t necessarily doubting that wthere were other *ahem* ingredients in this magic soup. Others have had moments in the past where the many and more layers of obfuscation all up and down the stack on this story became a bit too much and I guess this was mine.

I did think maybe the hospital nurse and security guard.

I'm not sure if we know where Alex and Katie are (I think the last we heard they were going back to, erm, hospital).

But if he can make them look any way he wants, who they are may not be relevant. Might they not be turning into Amy and maybe Hayley (or perhaps Laura)?

I think of it as two perspectives I need to reconcile: who do we have reason to think is 'in the pink', and who have we seen there?  With that established we can think about how the latter map onto the former.

By my count there are seven people present physically in the pink (Vik, Adrian, Aiken, Cherry, Erin, Kanti, Front Desk Lady) and two mentally (the women from the hospital).

Excluding those seen only in the memory flashback in #823, I count eleven people seen in the pink: Vik, Adrian, Aiken, Cherry, Erin, Kanti, Vik's two helpers, Echo, Jakob, and the guy alone in the window in #817.  Of those, I think Echo and Jakob are figments, not real.  The two helpers look like the two from the hospital.   I have no clue about the other guy.  Everyone else seen is playing themselves.
