I'm seeing a lot of bible references so her name being Rahab I thinks means she will betray her fellow officers. FUCK. I think Kris made a mistake going off by herself. The moment she found out there was a warrant for her she should have gotten herself an attorney and gone to the police station with Zach to surrender herself. Better for her to be in the custody of (presumably) non-brainwashed cops than a single thoroughly brainwashed detective who's part of a diabolical conspiracy. Where's the BAU when we need them most? Really liked the back and forth showing the brainwashing process cut in between present day panels, and how it illustrates why they can't fight their programming.
Feel like it's all coming together. Hope the next issue isn't too far in the future! |
