I know that you know that, similar to this site, many hypnodommes have been having problems with losing credit card processors because of the nature/perceived nature of their site content. One hypnodomme of whom I am aware just announced via mass email that she can now process orders using ibillcs.net. I don't know if you already have a solution to your problem in progress or if you have already tried ibillcs.net, but I just thought I would toss the info out there, in case it might be useful.
