If it's up to does does that raise/lower a subjects will power? Or always lower it and the numbers are just the intensity setting needed to change the subject*? *example; if a weak willed woman ends up in the chair she only needs to be set to setting one, but if she's one of the most strong willed people on earth then she'd need level 10 to brainwash/MC her. Supposing this scenario is correct, If you use seeing 10 on a weak willed subject is there a chance of giving them harmful brain damage?
