Earrings aren't too common in the comic, so that alone is making me think of Raven or Astrid. It looks more like Astrid and the lipstick isn't very Raveny, but it seems far more likely that we'd be seeing Raven at this point. It's probably someone else entirely. And she's probably just trimming her ear hair.
