Rain revealed to be just a latex mask and a wig, worn by... oh, I don't know - Raven.

I'd have thought it's more likely we're going back to the era of "Polly" in g23. But I am an idiot, so...

I don't think Polly appears in g23; she's just mentioned. So I have no idea what her hair is like.

Jakob does not take rejection well, does he?  I think immortality is bound up in it, but Jakob seems to have a lot in common with Vik and Derek (though I might even be short-changing Derek there).

Jacqui bears some watching and Rain's origins are still cloudy.  She could be Polly, still faithfully managing Wilmot after all this time.  She could be a descendant or relative, or some sort of allied being.  It'll be interesting to continue watching.

Is Unflappable Sue slated to get her chance to tutor Adrian in music somewhere in these next days and weeks (which could take up multiple delicious volumes)?

I had a general idea what the word "apportion" means, but I have no idea what entity or mythological being(s) the "Apportioners" are.

I did an extensive internet search and discovered that the apportioners were Jack Lemmon, Shirley MacLaine, and Fred MacMurray.

Then I did another one and it directed me towards cover 8 of SJI (which has Erin in the MacLaine role).
