Either every female character in the story is going to wind up chanting "tits and holes" in a very cramped corner of Miriam's memory... or something else is going to happen.

I predict that Raven's going to loosen her choker a little and reveal that she's actually Rain.

That was already negotiated a long time ago wasn't it?  During the Soft Focus scene that wasn't.  I think it was between Harem Night and Cherry's rampage.

Well they do say you can have too much of a good thing. Personally I wouldn't mind seeing if it's true in this case but I just have a feeling that it isn't going to happen.

Have we met Ashley before? Is she the maid currently working under Claudia?

Probably (#143), but only actually named before (I think!) as one of the harem in #51

So Raven has been pulled into a different session than Erin and Miriam were before?  I guess that makes it possible she'll get programmed differently, if Jakob gives different roles to different women in his harem.

Was Miriam present at Ashley's original programming session?  If she wasn't, then the spell has somehow moved beyond showing us her memories.  That would open up all sorts of possibilities.

Claudia sort of took Dani's mantle when she disappeared.  If Ashley is now "maid service" in several senses, her programming is different from Meghan's.  It's also possible that Echo went through the same process as Meghan.  If Dice Roll 1 is any indication, the hollowing out might be reversible.  That's a personal hope because I'd like to see more of Meghan and more of her conscious and enjoying herself rather than incapable of consciousness or participation.

Guess I'm left hoping for a Christmas or New Year's miracle.

361 suggests that Meghan and Claudia experienced at least some training together, alongside (possibly) the woman who made the pendant. It also shows that Jakob did use women in French maid outfits for appropriate duties.

I guess it would be Raven's luck to be conditioned to be chasing around at Erin's beck and call.

But bear in mind that Dani also wore the maid's outfit, at least on occasion (258, plus g3, and much of the Night of the Watch).

It might not mean much but the maid in 327 appears to have light blue eyes and Ashley appears not to. I had previously assumed the maid was Ashley though.

I'm kind of hoping for the opposite: Erin and Miriam getting conditioned to obey Raven as a harem 'supervisor'.  Preferably with some sort of training regimen.

Yeah, I think I'd have liked that too, although at the moment it doesn't seem like Raven would be likely to get a civil response to any command she might give them...

And as I say, if Meghan and Claudia were given similar training, and Ashley is now Claudia's maid, then that points to things being the other way around. On the other hand, Miriam has all those pendant sessions in her mind. It's possible the situation in the New York harem is simply how Jakob left it; all of the women might have had different roles on different days.

I keep coming back to the fact that Dani sabotaged the watch in some way. Might that have been that she made its conditioning irreversible?

Dani and Claudia's condition aren't up though.  Maybe Adrian would work a reversal as "punishment" for Erin and Pearl's recklessness and arrogance?  ;D

At first I misread Ashley as Angela, which made me hope that Raven might get programed as a mole.  But no.  I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

another option: somehow Erin's abilities are trigged in this dreamscape or some other ability rears its ugly (but sexy) head?
