On the interpersonal front. Is he demonstrating his ability to specifically let his pal in on the secret to mess with his head about his fiancée? "Check out what I did for you, but remember, I can do whatever I want?" Or was this a genuine oversight? Is their immediate superior being groomed for someone else?
