It looks like the one driven by the blue-gloved man who used Pink Clouds on Alex and Katie in #219, whom we're now fairly confident was Vik. Alex and Katie are driving what looks like the same car during their encounter with Caitlyn and Danielle in #241-245. We also see it out the window in #435, just after Julian identifies the man who programmed Patricia to kill him as Vik. So this is likely a return to the Julian thread.
