Saint James Infirmary Navigation

Now that Saint James Infirmary has been going a while, the lack of good navigation of back-issues is becoming a problem. There's only the "last issue" button, which means to start at the beginning you have to click a huge number of times. Could we get at least a "first issue" button to aid us? Thanks in advance.

It's a perfectly reasonable request. Unfortunately, the CMS we're using doesn't make it quite as easy as one could hope, but I'll see if I can come up with a hack.
