I'm just curious: what's your native language? Ignore me if I'm being obnoxious.

Who's the artist for this series? The work is pretty awesome.

And on a barely-related note--I was just reading an old Daredevil: Vol 2 #51-53, by David Mack. That style would work really well for some of Daphne's work... (if, of course, you could get David Mack to do it for you). No panels. It's very stream-of-consciousness for the narrator.

Will we see any of the famous Lenormande cards?

"I moved away from the window, and found that the garage connected directly to the house, and had been left unlocked."

Nice cliffhanger-type ending there.  Now maybe we can start to get to the bottom of things.

Thank you for the pointer! I picked up the TPB (well, it was actually a hardcover), and that's gorgeous work.

I'm pretty much an "instant buy" any time I see Mack or Keane as illustrator. I think the guy who's doing Queen of Angels is in a similar league... which is a whole lot less surprising, given that (s)he's apparently reasonably well-known. I love it when a big company gives someone with that kind of talent the freedom to do a whole book by themselves. Can you imagine what the negotiation with Marvel was like when Mack told them he wanted to do that book?

I'm glad you liked it.
