Title: The Chrysalis’ door
Post by: mr_ed968 on April 10, 2019, 02:53:31 pm
In anticipation of #16, I reread the series again. I noticed something with the door to the Chrysalis. It sometimes appears to be a single door that opens to its right, while other times it appears open split down the middle to both sides from issue to issue and sometimes both in the same issue. So, is this deliberate,if so what’s the meaning? Or is it just unintentional by the artist and missed in editing. Btw, not a critique of the artwork, which I love, more just being curious. Thanks!

As far as I know, it's always a double door, split down the middle.

chapter #8 is a single door

Clearly that was the original Palace/Temple-sized version before the upgrade to a more compact opening version to fit better within suburban accommodation
